A Year in Music: 2022 Before we begin a little message:      For anyone who has read or stayed in tune with this more than I did, thank you. I think for me I start a project and really am not sure how to commit to it once I start. But I am learning, there are things i've done and committed to. With that being said this may be my last silly blog post for awhile. While I take my time and develop my creativity in one area. I will be working on and releasing my Podcast officially this time. I have so many directions of output for one source of love, music. So for anyone who follows along thank you, for your patience and understanding. This does not mean an end for the blog either. I will return to it one day, with its deserved attention. With that being said, let's talk about some music.      First, I find it really annoying that music wrap ups are considered to be at the end of November. Im sure it has something to do with how music is placed and cut off for h...

MARCH IN REVIEW March finally begins to manifest the true and pure art sounds hidden between the underlying concepts of its previous months. A sound starts to form a sort of overall vibe of what music will bring. March in particular brings cohesiveness. Even though we have a blend of genres and sounds it does pair a bit perfectly. Let’s start with albums this month as there is quite a few. Albums 333 | Tinashe 8 | 10 Tinashe was the first March drop. A deluxe for her record 333 and it couldn’t have come any better timed. 333 deluxe dropped on March 3rd. What are the odds this would be on a Friday no less. Tinashe doesn’t fail to bring cohesiveness and clarity to her records. She is an artist who is true to the form of what an era should be. The album had its futuristic concept set from the beginning. And for those who didn’t feel the album was enough( like me) the deluxe completes this record overall and adds fresh new songs. “Naturally” is a song that will remain on repeat for the r...

APRIL IN REVIEW

April in Review 2022 April was a jolt of surprise. Not always for the better. Truly a month that started out very strong turned into something that was a bit all over the place. This month expanded on sounds in so many different directions all of which artists are trying to pre set the early summer sound. Not all that we’re truly successful inputs.   This month I solely focused on albums due to my personal life so I hope everyone understands! That being said let’s dive into the albums we did receive!   Camila | Familia   Familia is Camila Cabellos third solo album and fortunately it has received some very nice praise. It’s impressive an artist so well knows how to ride with their talents. I can’t say an album hasn’t been done like this before but it is a perfect blend of multiple Latin rooted sounds with simple pop. This continuously proves that Camila can adapt her sound and create overall very nice pop music to listen too and as long as she is making albums pop is not d...
